What we do with your details
We use them to get back to you. Nothing else is done with them without your say-so. Booking runs on the online calendar of our provider, Calendly, which receives the time you pick and the details you enter there. See our privacy policy.
What the call is — and what it isn't

We ask what you do, who your customers are, and what you need the site to do. Nothing to prepare, nothing to download.
No pitch deck, no hard sell
No slides, no discount that expires tonight. You ask your questions, we answer them.
You know the price before the call
The professional website is $1,100 for design and development, once, then $50 a month, plus your province's sales tax. The only extra is the domain name (your .com address), about $15 a year, paid to the registrar rather than to us. We don't make the price up based on how you react.
If we can't help, we say so
Some projects just aren't a good fit for us. When that happens we say so on the call, instead of selling you something else.
What happens next
You hear back within one business day
Through whichever channel you used. If you booked a time, we talk at the time you picked.
We ask a few questions
What you do, who your customers are, what you need the site to do. Fifteen minutes, no more, in English or French, whichever you prefer.
We tell you what we'd build and what it costs
A straight answer: what goes on the site, how long it takes, and the price with your province's tax. Nothing gets signed on the call.
You decide in your own time
Take as long as you need. Say no and we leave it there.
Online within 7 days, or the build fee comes back
We start as soon as we have your logo (if you have one), your contact details and a description of your services. The clock pauses whenever we're waiting on something from you. The guarantee covers getting you online — being online is not the same as being found.
