$1,100, then $50 a month.
That is what a professional website costs with ADEM, plus the sales tax in your province. The $50 a month covers hosting, security, maintenance, a call with us and one change included every month. Your site goes live within 7 days of the day we receive your basic information, or we refund the build fee in full.
The price, in full
What you pay, and who you pay it to. We sell to businesses, not to consumers.
$1,100 CAD, once
Design and development of your site. Paid once. There is no second build invoice later.
$50 CAD a month
Hosting, the security certificate, backups, monitoring, maintenance and updates, a monthly call with us, and one custom change included every month.
Your province's sales tax
GST, HST, QST or PST, depending where you are. It is added on top of both amounts above.
The domain name, about $15 a year
That is your address on the web (yourbusiness.ca). It is paid to the registrar, not to us.
That is the whole list, apart from what you ask for
No onboarding fee, no yearly licence, no extra charge for the security certificate (the padlock in the address bar) — it is already inside the $50. If you ask us for work bigger than the change included in your month, you get the price before anything starts, and nothing happens without your written go-ahead.
What the $50 buys every month
The $50 is not just hosting with a markup on it. Here is what is in it.
Hosting and security
Your site is hosted, its security certificate (the padlock in the address bar) is kept current, and we always keep a recent backup. You never touch a server.
Monitoring
We keep an eye on the site, so that if it goes down, we are the ones who find out — not a customer who could not reach you.
Maintenance and updates
The technical work happens on our side. Nothing to install, nothing to approve, nothing for you to update yourself.
One included change a month
A price that moved, a photo to swap, new opening hours, a service to add to the list. You send it to us, we make the change.
A monthly call with us
A real conversation, not an automated email. We go over your site: what you want changed, what is coming up in your business, and this month's change.
Live in 7 days, or you get the build fee back
The guarantee, step by step.
You send us three things
Your logo if you have one, your contact details, a description of your services. That is when the clock starts.
We write and we build
We draft your copy. You correct anything that does not sound like you. If we are waiting on something from you, the clock pauses.
Live within 7 days
Your site is public no later than 7 days after we receive your basic information, not counting any time we spend waiting on you.
Otherwise we refund the build fee
If the site is not live inside that window, we refund the $1,100 build fee in full. The guarantee covers getting you online — it does not promise visibility, Google rankings or results.
The two other services we sell
So nobody leaves this page still wondering.
Chantier, for contractors
Not a contractor? Skip this one. If you are: one record per client with the full history, quotes priced from your own rates, contract tracking with reminders, invoicing and payment tracking. $2,400 to set it up, once, then $50 a month. It does not handle payroll or CCQ reporting, and we would rather say so up front. The full description is on our Solutions page.
Google and Meta advertising
Targeting, ad copywriting, conversion tracking and a clear report every month. No published price: we quote it on the call. The ad budget itself goes straight to Google or Meta, sits on top of our fee, and is not refundable by us.
None of it is required
The website stands on its own. Nothing gets added to your plan unless you asked for it.
The questions people ask before they say yes
Where does the gap with my other quote come from?
Mostly because it is not quite the same job. In the Québec market in 2026, a traditional agency commonly starts somewhere between $3,000 and $10,000, commonly takes 4 to 12 weeks, and commonly asks for a 12-month commitment, with the pitching and project management that come with it. We work entirely remotely, and we have tightened production around one clear product: a small-business website. Part of the price also sits in the monthly fee instead of being collected up front. We are not claiming to be better than them — we are explaining where the gap comes from.
Am I locked in for a year?
No. There is no long-term contract. Cancel whenever you want, in writing, with no penalty; it takes effect at the end of the month you have already paid for. We would rather keep you because the service works for you, not because a contract will not let you leave.
If I leave, who owns the site?
You do, once it is paid in full. We hand over the files and help with the transfer. You do not need our permission for any of it.
What if I need something bigger than the change included in my month?
We talk it through on the monthly call. A new section, an online store, a page rebuilt from scratch: you get the price before anything starts, and nothing happens without your written go-ahead.
What gets added to those numbers?
Your province's sales tax — GST, HST, QST or PST, whichever applies to you — and the domain name, roughly $15 a year paid to the registrar. If we also run advertising for you, the ad budget goes straight to Google or Meta and sits on top of our fee. Beyond that there is no other recurring line: hosting, the security certificate, backups and maintenance are already inside the $50 a month.
What if my site is not live on day 7?
We refund the $1,100 build fee in full. The clock starts once we have your basic information, and it pauses whenever we are waiting on something from you — that is the only condition. The guarantee covers getting you online, not results.
Got 15 minutes?
A short, honest call. You tell us what you sell; we tell you plainly whether we can help and what it would look like in your case. No commitment, no hard sell.
